The Benefits of Chocolate!

Antioxidants are the key force to eliminate the toxic free radicals in the system. We recommend chocolate!

Hershley’s cocoa powder contains antioxidants and is cheap by the can; cheaper than a bottle of pills.

How much chocolate do you wish to make? The proportion of
ingredients requires that for every 3 tablespoons of Hershley’s cocoa
powder, there should be 1 tablespoon each of milk powder, icing sugar,
boiled, hot water and melted butter. Use skim milk powder if
you’reextremely health conscious. But hey, let the fats go wild for a
change. Its Hershley’s antioxidants we’re talking about.
Stir and mix well. Do a taste test with a clean spoon. Add more milk
powder, icing sugar, boiled, hot water and melted butter according to
taste.

Spoon
the choc mix into paper cupcake casings or tin foil casings for that
extra touch of class. Refrigerate until the chocolate sets before
serving. Apply the squeeze casing gently test to determine whether the
chocolate is indeed hard enough for serving.

Please do your Math on the proportions. Help is provided here if you need it.

Have a healthy chocolate detox time!
