How to handle excuses.

Are you sick of hearing excuses?

What can you do when anybody comes up with excuses?

 1) Stress the importance of meeting datelines.

2) Talk about the consequences of failure.

3) Tell people that you know the real reasons behind excuses
are because of the fear of embarrassment, reprimands and also the self-defense
psychological reaction.

4) Show by your own good example that you never use excuses.

5) Assign tasks to the right people who are capable of
completing them. Motivate them.

6) Offer incentives.

Top 5 make up trends for this season October 2006.

1) Shimmering eyeliner for the lower lid. It reflects light
upwards and brightens the eyes.

 2) Create the neon effect for your eye shadow. Line your
eyelid with a dark color like black or blue. Fill in the blanks with a light
color like pale yellow or pale red.

 3) Nude make-up. Use a concealer, foundation and top it with
loose face powder.

 4) Pale pink lip color to complement every skin tone and
dress.

5) Going heavy on the blusher. All this pale pallor isn’t
for nothing. Apply your blush liberally to accentuate your pale make-up and
cheekbones.
