Kamasutra, kama sutra, kamsutra

Kama is the ancient Sanskrit word that translates into sexual pleasure and love. The word Kama as a noun also refers to Kama, The Hindu God of Love. Kama employs the 5 sensory senses of sight, smell, taste, touch and hearing. The pleasure that comes from these sensory contact is called kama.

Sutra refers to the rules. A sutra is a rule.

The original Kamasutram or Kama Sutra, was written by Mallanaga Vatsyayana. The original book had 36 chapters and was organized into 7 separate sections.
