Britney Spears unplugged her IV drip when she was in her ward in Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. She wanted to discharge herself. The doctors decided that she was alright and they could not find valid reason to detain her. They did not call the police, lawyers or anybody to consult with them. They let her go back herself.

Dr. Phil visited Britney after her discharge. He had no right to. Brit was just packing up to go home. Dr. Phil said he was there at the invitation of her family. Maybe Brit’s Dad, Jamie Spears, or her Mum, Lynn Spears, had asked him to visit. But he asked Brit to appear on his show. Brit refused. I would agree with that. This was a tough time. How could he expect Brit to talk about this?
