Brandy has been cleared of charges from a fatal car crash. The woman, who died, had actually hit another vehicle before she braked and Brandy’s car hit hers. The police department had issued premature statements that accused Brandy of being responsible for the accident. It was really terrible that she was blamed for such a long time for the accident.
